**Who Can Use This Site**
You must be at least 13 years old to use TayTheBrat.org. If you’re under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before signing up or interacting.

**What's Offered**
TayTheBrat.org includes:

- Creative blog posts and updates

- Digital artwork and personal projects

- Embedded YouTube and Twitch content

- Twitch subscriber extras (via Twitch platform)

- Contact forms for inquiries or commissions

Some content is free. Some may be gated through Twitch subscriptions.

**Subscriptions and Payments**
Subscriptions and perks offered through Twitch are governed by Twitch’s terms. I don’t process or store your payment information on TayTheBrat.org. Make sure you read and understand Twitch's rules before subscribing.

**Community Conduct**
This is a safe, positive space. Please don’t:

- Share offensive, harmful, or spammy content

- Harass or disrespect anyone

- Violate any laws while using the site

I reserve the right to remove comments or block users who break the rules.

**Intellectual Property**
All original content (art, blog posts, design, branding) is the property of Tay Moderu unless credited otherwise. You may:

**Data Collection & Privacy**
TayTheBrat.org uses:

- Google Analytics (to see how the site’s doing)

- YouTube & Twitch embeds (to show content)

**No Guarantees (Seriously)**
While I do my best to keep the site updated and awesome:

- Content may be added, changed, or removed at any time

- I can’t guarantee 100% uptime or error-free experience

- Use the site at your own risk (but like, in a fun way)

**Termination**
I can suspend or ban users who violate these Terms or disrupt the site. You can stop using the site at any time — no strings attached.

**Legal Stuff**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If there's ever a legal issue, that’s where it'll be handled.

I might update these Terms from time to time. If I do, I’ll post the new version here. Keep an eye out if you care about that sort of thing.
